1. About Tradevia
Tradevia is a website design service that creates professional websites for tradespeople such as plumbers, electricians, builders and other local service businesses.
We design websites using the Wix platform and transfer ownership of the finished website to the client.
By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Tradevia provides the following services:
• Website design and setup using Wix
• Basic website structure and layout
• Transfer of the completed website to the client’s Wix account
• Optional monthly maintenance services
Our standard website package costs £100 per website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Wix Platform
All websites are created using Wix.com.
Once the website is complete, ownership will be transferred to the client’s Wix account. The client is responsible for maintaining their Wix account and any Wix subscription fees if they choose to upgrade their Wix plan.
Tradevia is not responsible for any changes, outages, or issues caused by the Wix platform.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for website design is £100 per website unless agreed otherwise.
Invoices will be issued to the client and must be paid before the website is transferred.
Payment methods may include:
• Bank transfer
• Direct debit
• Other payment methods agreed between Tradevia and the client.
Tradevia reserves the right to delay transfer of the website until payment has been received.
5. Monthly Website Maintenance (Optional)
Tradevia offers an optional website maintenance service for £25 per month.
This service may include:
• Minor website updates
• SEO improvements
• General website support
• Technical assistance where required
Maintenance services can be cancelled by either party with 30 days notice.
Failure to pay maintenance invoices may result in the suspension of maintenance services.
6. Website Ownership
Once payment has been received and the website transferred to the client’s Wix account, the client becomes the owner of the website.
Tradevia retains no ownership rights to the website once it has been transferred.
However, Tradevia may display completed websites in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, business details, images, and other content required for the website.
Tradevia is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client.
Clients must ensure that any content they provide does not infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tradevia will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality websites.
However, we do not guarantee:
• Search engine rankings
• Website traffic levels
• Business performance resulting from the website
Tradevia will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses related to website use.
9. Changes to These Terms
Tradevia may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be published on our website.
